Biography
Keeley is a passionate and considerate Accredited Practising Dietitian and qualified Sports
Dietitian.
She completed her Masters of Dietetics at Monash university, and went on to further study for sports dietetics at Sports Dietitians Australia.
Keeley has a wide range of experience in helping individuals with a variety of backgrounds,
nutritional concerns, and sporting goals.
She enjoys all aspects of supporting others in their nutrition journey, however has a special
interest in Sports Dietetics, Women’s Health (PCOS, Menopause, Endometriosis etc),
Relationship with Food, and Gastrointestinal Issues (IBS, Allergies, Intolerances).

As a former boxer and volleyball player, Keeley understands the importance of an optimal diet for performance, while also remaining inclusive of all foods for a balanced life.
She approaches all clients open-minded and judgement free, staying compassionate and patient throughout the consultation. Every client receives a unique management plan in response to their individual needs, preferences and goals.
Keeley is enthusiastic about empowering others to make the change to improve their life, perform their best, and create peace and balance with food.
