
Biography
Min graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University
and has gained valuable clinical experience in private practice settings working with
active and sporting populations including with local footy clubs as a sports trainer.
Min has a special interest in sports injuries, particularly those involving the lower limb
and back. He is passionate about helping athletes and the general sporting
population recover from injuries, maximise their performance and unlock their
potential.

Career Highlights
As a former national-level powerlifter and current combat sport athlete with over seven years of gym-based training experience, Min brings a unique understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. His own personal journey of overcoming a severe back injury has shaped his approach to rehabilitation, emphasising the importance of strength training and evidence-based rehabilitation to drive long-term recovery.
Min believes in a collaborative approach to Physiotherapy, working closely with his clients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals and individual needs. He strives to equip his clients with the knowledge and tools required to take control of their own recovery and achieve lasting results.
When not in the clinic, Min trains in Muay Thai and enjoys connecting with others who share a passion for sports and fitness.
