Infrared Sauna
Why Infrared?
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they heat your body directly using infrared lamps. These lamps emit light with the same wavelength as the visible spectrum as the sun without the UV.
A traditional Sauna will penetrate only 1cm into the skin, whereas and Infrared sauna penetrates 4–5cm into the skin, creating a cardiovascular workout while removing heavy metals and toxins from the body. Getting under IR light also increases the efficiency of the mitochondria (a cells energy power house) to help replenish energy stores.
But I don't like Steam Sauna's!
People often dis-like traditional sauna because they get too hot BUT because IR sauna heats the body directly, the temperature can be much lower than a steam sauna, making the bodywork naturally to cool itself allowing and more intense sweat at a lower temperature.
This results in you being able to stay in the Sauna longer increasing your core body temperature by 2-3 degrees reaping many potential benefits.

Less is more. The most ideal situation attire is nothing but for health reasons we can’t and don’t allow that.
The more you exposed the skin is to the infrared light the better and the more your sweat will start to evaporate from your body as it detox’s.
Bring a drink bottle.
You will need it. We have filtered water available for you to top up.
You should aim to drink 1L during your session.
Think dirty water out (sweat)…clean water in (the stuff you drink).
