Are you constantly injured, regularly getting niggles or wanting to unlock your running potential?

Our THRIVE running assessment looks at all the variables which help you become a faster, stronger, more economical & Injury free runner.

We assess mobility, stability, strength, foot strike, cadence, over-stride , vertical oscillation, ground reaction force (GRF) and more then create an individualized plan to help you in the areas you need it most.

Whether you are training for a 5km or an Ultra Marathon we want to help you and your run THRIVE.

What to Expect:

These sessions involve an extended 90-minute consult with a Sports Podiatrist which involves:

  • An in-depth review of your injury and running history
  • Full biomechanical assessment
  • Footwear assessment
  • Video Gait Analysis
  • Recommendations and strategies on how to address any identified issues
    • Mobility & self-release
    • Exercise prescription
    • Technique tips and cues
    • Drills
  • A report outlining the major findings and what to do to address them

Follow up sessions may be recommended to assist you in further as your running journey progresses.

Don’t forget your runners, shorts and a t-shirt or singlet!
